Submit your Application, Application Consent Form, and Rental Requirements along with $30 (per person over 18) and your Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) to:

You may email your Application Forms to info@uptownpropertiesinc.com (or fax to (612) 605-0020) to expedite, and submit hard copies via mail. Security Deposit payments will not be cashed until you are notified of approval. Denied applications will receive their Security Deposit payment returned.
